Title:Food Safety and Sanitation Training Program

Description:This training program is geared towards food service workers and is divided into three lessons. Lesson one discusses personal hygiene, proper hand washing techniques, and food handling techniques. Lesson two teaches proper thawing techniques, holding temperatures, and cooking temperatures. Lesson three defines cross contamination and how to avoid it. Each lesson includes a post-test. The lessons are designed to be used with the USDA video "Food Safety Is No Mystery" (which is included in kit).
