Learn More About the DRIs
Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI) represent a new approach to assessing and planning diets for healthy individuals and groups, and have replaced the former Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs). The DRIs are a more complete set of values which include:

Below is a list of nutrients sorted by value type.

RDA Nutrients for age one and older:
RDA values are derived from EAR values; thus, EAR values are not listed separately.

Carbohydrate

Protein (plus infants 7-12 months)
